Hi, I'm Brian, aka many aliases that we'll just pretend don't exist anymore because i made them up when i was a dumb tween...lol

I was born on May 19, 1996.

I currently spend a lot of time playing games or reverse-engineering their file formats. I am slowly putting together a game engine/library for my own use. I also enjoy online role play and sharing memes. I have recently got into watching reddit readings, and they're my new 3AM youtube addiction. [/:] I am hoping to get back into art, but it's been difficult after high school finally broken me of it. I am just now getting back into reading. despite currently letting them sit, I am still quite interested in LEGO, and occasionally get net sets/parts. Honestly, there's a lot i could potentially talk-about, so you're welcome to ask specific questions.

May 2023 / BD Update, I suppose

well, i am still around/alive. i'm still active here, but only in the specific way of favorting art, commenting on a piece or two, and occassionally chatting with people. i am not too interested in posting here, anymore. i might on my newgrounds. and newgrounds is less wishy-washy and just generally, more professionally operated. IRL continues to be mostly terrible. sometimes good/okay things happen, but a lot is just more of the same. watching current world events unfold is also particularly unpleasant. and, no small amount come from within my own country. if it really is, or ever was, "my" country. i was born here, sure. i don't really feel like i belong. nor, do i particularly desire to stay. personal life is also, basically the same. no amount of friends makes me feel any less lonely, it's hot and cold with a few people, and then there's still my uncanny ability to somehow fuck things up with at least one person no matter how hard i try not to. according to one, i'm toxic and

for the millionth time in the world, i feel like shit. used to it by now, well, mostly... always the same, lost something/someone, hurt someone, whatever... anyways, tracing back through my life, i can kind of see how i ended-up this way... label them as deficient in some capacity. i was diagnosed with Aspergers as a child and as such, my life has always been defined by that. special measures were taken to put me through school, and nothing i ever did was allowed to be appreciated on its own merits. yes, such understanding creatures, adults.... now, i'm an adult with basically no ability to function properly... don't actually encourage/nurture them. my whole family is pretty much guilty of that. i was always a burden, i was disruptive, etc... and oh, sounds more like my mother blames me for being disruptive, but the church that preaches of such brotherhood and tolerance didn't want me, either. suppose that partly explains me becoming agnostic. harshly discipline them, again, family
